Seawolf's high efficiency infra-red ceramic and catalytic gas thermoformers have been increasing our customer's efficiency and cost savings through quality construction, performance, and versatility for many years. Some of the benefits of a Seawolf thermoformer are: quick mold changes, small or large parts, acrylic and a wide variety of other thermoplastics, parts for reinforcement or non-reinforcement, and deep draw capabilities up to five feet. Available in single or dual sided configurations, and in various floor or ceiling mount options that allows for optimum access for quick part throughput and a zoned heating system to facilitate simultaneous manufacturing of diverse parts. Modular design in our conventional systems permits expansion or changing to dual sided or multi-station.

Deep Draw Vacuum Forming
The unique designs and configuration of the Seawolf Vacuum Forming machine makes them especially suitable for quick mold changes; from hours to minutes, and makes extremely deep draws possible. These machines use high efficiency infrared ceramic heating elements. Their modular design allows for easy expansion to any size.

High Efficiency Infra-Red Ceramic, Quartz, and Catalytic Gas
Our conventional systems have heating element arrays that are modular in design, allowing for easy expansion with floor or ceiling mounted models, in addition, all models utilize high efficiency infra-red, Quartz, or catalytic gas elements that match your specific needs. All models allow are available with access from four sides and heating arrays permit simultaneous zoned manufacture of different parts with the same heater.

Models are available in many configuration to suit any requirements. Seagull will also assist with the design of the product, mold construction, prototypes and short production runs.
