Merging traditional
linear production sequences into a revolving carousel station
adds flexibility and cost reductions to production molding.
The spray-up process is virtually uninterrupted while still
allowing the operator time for off loading parts. Having various
sequence points located around the carousal instead of moving
the mold to various locations in a facility is very beneficial.

Turn
Tables
Turn tables allow
for rotation and mobility of large items, such as heavy spas.
The sprayer benefits from the placing of the mold onto a revolving
turntable that can either be mechanically indexed or manually
turned. The sprayer needs not to move and therefore no struggle
with delivery hoses and such like. Consideration, set up of
two turntables on either side of sprayer. This would enable
spraying to be executed while the load off takes place on the
other. |
